2. なぜパーキンソン病は起きるのか?最新研究が明かす「共犯説」
1.活性酸素(サビ)の大量発生:環境因子やストレス、薬の代謝負荷などにより、体内で細胞を酸化(老化・破壊)させる「活性酸素」が大量に発生します 。
2.α(アルファ)シヌクレインの凝集:細胞を活性酸素の攻撃から守るために、脳内や腸管で「αシヌクレイン」というタンパク質が防御の「盾」として大量に分泌されます 。しかし、酸化ストレスが長期化すると、ボロボロになったαシヌクレイン同士がくっつき合って「凝集(固まる)」してしまいます [cite: 23, 38]。
